The Yost Vises ADI-6 is a 6-inch professional-grade workbench vise made from austempered ductile iron with a high tensile strength of 130,000 PSI. It features an interlocking (geared) 360-degree swivel base with two lockdowns, providing mobility and a tight grip. Adjustable guide rails ensure smooth operation, and the replaceable hardened steel serrated Machinist and Pipe Jaws are zinc-plated for durability.

The Yost Vises ADI-6 has a Jaw Width of 6" (15.24 cm), Jaw Opening of 7.875" (20 cm), and a Throat Depth of 3.7" (9.398 cm). It can accommodate pipe capacities from a minimum of .75" (1.905 cm) to a maximum of 3.5" (8.89 cm). The interlocking (geared) 360° Swivel Base with two lockdowns and an ADI base with three mounting holes provides a large anvil work surface for versatile use.
To use the vise, ensure it is securely mounted to the workbench and the swivel base lock is secure. Open the vise by turning the handle counterclockwise, place the item between the serrated jaws, and close the vise by turning the handle clockwise until the item is snug. Avoid over-tightening, as this may damage the item or the vise. When finished, turn the handle counterclockwise to release the item.
